How does Last Bottle work?
We offer one incredible wine at a huge discount until it sells out. Once it's gone, we move on to the next one. It is a first-come, first-served race for the best bottles.
What are your shipping rates and policies?
Shipping is free on most orders if you meet the minimum bottle count specified for each deal. We use climate-controlled shipping during extreme weather to ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition.
Can I return a bottle of wine?
Due to legal restrictions regarding the sale of alcohol, we cannot accept returns. However, if your bottle is corked or damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or credit.
Do you offer a hold service for weather?
Yes, we provide a complimentary 'Summer Hold' or 'Winter Hold' service. We will store your purchased wines in our temperature-controlled warehouse until it is safe to ship to your region.
What is 'Marathon' and when does it happen?
Our Wine Marathons are legendary events where we flip through hundreds of wines at high speed. These happen a few times a year and offer our deepest discounts and free shipping on every order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please note that an adult signature (21+) is required for all deliveries.
